主旨・利用目的
関西大学校友会は、卒業生相互の交流を充実し、母校関西大学の隆盛を図ることを目的に活動しています。卒業生総数は、母国に帰国した留学生卒業生を含めて現在50万5千人を超えています。
校友会では、在学中の留学生並びに既に卒業された留学生の校友のみなさんの「留学生基本情報」を把握し、随時関西大学の現況や各種イベント等の情報をご提供しています。そうすることで、今後も継続して母校への帰属意識を高め、留学生や留学生の校友のみなさんも校友会活動に積極的に参加いただき、また、帰国後も継続して校友会海外支部の充実発展にご協力いただくことを期待して、校友ネットワークの構築を進めています。

個人情報の取扱いについて
学校法人関西大学から委託を受けて管理する基本情報（入学学部/研究科・学籍番号・氏名・フリガナ・生年月日・住所・電話番号など）は、厳正に管理します。
- 校友会（国内・海外支部を含む）から、各種行事等の情報を卒業後も含めて随時お送りいたします。
- 個人情報は、ご本人の承諾がない限り、法律にもとづき開示しなければならない場合を除き、第三者に開示提供はしません。また、ご本人から申し出があった場合に限り、その登録情報をいつでも開示し、追加、変更または削除することができます。引越しや住所表示の変更、氏名の変更などが生じた場合は、ご連絡くださいますようお願いいたします。
- 校友会における個人情報の管理については、紛失・誤用・改ざん、外部からの不正アクセスがないよう、また一般の利用者がアクセスできない環境で保管しています。
Objective/Purpose of Use
The Kansai University Alumni & Alumnae Association strives to foster connections among graduates, while also contributing to the flourishing of Kansai University, their esteemed alma mater. With a total alumni base that now surpasses 505,000, we are proud to count many international students, who have since returned to their home countries, among our ranks.
We actively compile basic information about both currently enrolled international students and our international alumni. Periodically, we share the latest news about Kansai University and various events, as part of our efforts to maintain a robust alumni network. We believe that these endeavors will foster a lasting sense of affinity and belonging to their alma mater among our international alumni.
We eagerly anticipate the active participation of international students and alumni in our activities, and we are optimistic about their potential to elevate our overseas branches to new levels of success upon their return home.

How we handle your personal information
We assure you that the basic information you provide to us, such as your undergraduate/graduate school department, student ID number, name, date of birth, address, telephone number, etc., which is entrusted to us by Kansai University, will be stringently managed.
- As a student and even after graduation, you will receive periodic updates from the alumni association, including details about various events from both domestic and overseas branches.
- We pledge not to disclose your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, except in cases mandated by law. You retain the right to access, add to, change, or delete your information at any time upon request. Please ensure to notify us if you relocate or undergo any changes to your personal details such as address, name, etc.
- The personal information held by the alumni association is safeguarded against loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized access by external parties. It is stored in an environment that is inaccessible to the public.
